Drighlington Hosts Weekly Dance Lesson and Practice

A dance lesson and practice session is set to take place at Drighlington Community Sports Club on Wednesday, 19 November 2025. The event will run from 7pm to 9pm and is open to dancers aged 14 and above.
Event Details
The evening will begin with a dance lesson focusing on the Lace Agate Swing. Following the lesson, there will be a one-hour practice session where participants can refine their skills with guidance and reviews provided by an instructor named Carol.
The practice session will cover the following dances:
- Tango Serida
- Ballentine Bossa Nova
- Blackwood Waltz
Participation and Facilities
The event is open to all, with no partner necessary, and new dancers are welcome. The entry fee is £7 per person, or £5 for those attending only the first hour (the lesson). Attendees will have access to a licensed bar during the event.
