He expressed gratitude towards the West Yorkshire Ambulance Service and NHS staff for their prompt and effective care. The incident occurred shortly after a family outing, during which he had taken his father to a Leeds vs Manchester City match. McStravick advised caution and preparedness for serious allergic reactions, noting the importance of carrying an EpiPen at all times.
