The National Science and Media Museum in Bradford will be hosting screenings of The Mandalorian and Grogu in IMAX format from 22 May to 11 June 2026. The film, rated 12A, offers audiences an opportunity to see the popular Star Wars adventure on a large scale.
About the Film
The Mandalorian and Grogu follows the story of Din Djarin, a legendary Mandalorian bounty hunter, and his young apprentice, Grogu. Set in a galaxy where the evil Empire has fallen but remnants of Imperial warlords remain, the narrative explores the efforts of the New Republic to protect the achievements of the Rebellion. The film is directed by Jon Favreau and features performances by Pedro Pascal as Din Djarin, with additional roles played by Sigourney Weaver and Jeremy Allen White.
The production team includes Jon Favreau, Kathleen Kennedy, Dave Filoni, and Ian Bryce, with a musical score composed by Ludwig Göransson.
