Schools Offering Early Collection or Partial Closures

- Clayton Village Primary School: Optional early collection from 1:30pm today (24 June) and the following two days (25 and 26 June). Pupils not collected will remain in school until the end of the day. The school remains fully open, including after-school clubs.
- Dixons Kings Academy: Partially closed from 1pm on Thursday 25 and Friday 26 June. The school will reopen as usual on Monday 29 June.
- Dixons McMillan Academy: Closed from 12:30pm on Thursday 25 and Friday 26 June due to extreme heat. Reopening on Monday 29 June.
- Dixons Trinity Academy: Closed from 12:30pm on Thursday 25 and Friday 26 June. Reopening on Monday 29 June.
- Low Moor CofE Primary School: School will close for pupils in Years 1 to 6 following lunch from Wednesday 24 June to Friday 26 June. Provision remains for pupils not collected. The school remains open for Reception children.
- Peel Park Primary School and Nursery: Optional early collection at 1:30pm on Thursday and Friday. Year 6 pupils must stay until 3:15pm on Thursday due to a scheduled workshop in cooler rooms. Pupils not collected will be cared for in cooler areas until the usual finish time.
- Woodside Academy: Optional early collection from 1:30pm on Thursday 25 June. School remains open for other pupils, including clubs and the 5 o’clock club.
- Worthinghead Primary School: Optional early collection from 1:30pm today and the following two days. The school remains open with after-school clubs running as usual.
