A Bradford College careers adviser has been awarded the ‘Support Staff of the Year’ title at the 2026 NCFE Aspiration Awards, a national event celebrating outstanding contributions to education across the UK.
Gulshan Bi, who has worked at Bradford College for nearly two decades, was named the winner from a shortlist of ten finalists representing various educational institutions nationwide. The award acknowledges their significant impact in supporting students, many of whom face complex or sensitive challenges.
