Bradford College Hosts Freshers’ Fair 2026

New and returning students gather for college welcome event

Bradford College held its Freshers’ Fair 2026, welcoming hundreds of new and returning students to the campus for a day of activities, entertainment, and opportunities. The event aimed to introduce students to the enrichment options available throughout the academic year and to help them connect with support services and local organisations.

Event Features and Activities

The college campus was transformed into a lively environment where students could participate in a variety of experiences, including:

• Rodeo bull riding
• Performances by a magician
• Enrichment tasters showcasing clubs and societies
• Opportunities to sign up for clubs and societies

These activities were designed to encourage students to engage with college life and build friendships.

Community and Business Involvement

The Freshers’ Fair also featured participation from local businesses and community organisations. This collaboration provided students with access to advice, volunteering and employment opportunities, and helped foster connections within the college and the wider community.

• Wonder Crumble, offering desserts
• Karachi Gol Gappa, providing savoury snacks
• Tiffin Sandwiches, supplying a variety of sandwiches

Launch of Enrichment Programme

The event marked the launch of the college’s annual enrichment programme, which offers an expanded range of clubs, activities, and development opportunities.
