We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Producer to join our growing team. Reporting to the Head of Producing and responsible for a team of senior producers and assistants, the role will include line-producing large-scale commissions and events and overseeing programmes of work, supporting producers to achieve successful delivery across all areas of work.
You will work closely with the Head of Producing, Creative Director and a range of creative partners from development of ideas to realisation and presentation. The successful applicant will also have a passion for arts and culture, excellent administration and organisational skills, a keen eye for detail and strong written and verbal skills along with a knowledge of the Bradford District, Yorkshire and UK cultural infrastructure.
- Annual salary of up to £60,000 dependent upon previous experience
- 37 hours per week worked flexibly
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Contributory pension scheme with 5% employer contribution

Senior Producer
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Producer to join our growing team. The role will include line-producing large scale commissions and events and overseeing programmes of work, supporting producers to achieve successful delivery across all areas of work.
The Senior Producer will work closely with the Creative Director, Executive Producer and a range of creative partners from development of ideas to realisation and presentation. Reporting to the Executive Producer, you’ll have line management responsibility for Producers and Programme Assistants. If you have an interest in arts and culture, a keen eye for detail, excellent presentation skills, as well as amazing written and verbal communication skills, this could be the role for you.
- Annual salary of up to £50,000 dependent upon previous experience
- 37 hours per week worked flexibly
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

Producer (x4)
We have an exciting opportunity for a Producer to join the programme team to develop and deliver new projects and events as part of the Bradford 2025 UK City of Culture.
The Producer will work closely with the Senior Producer and Executive Producer, plus a range of creative partners from development of ideas to realisation and presentation. Reporting to the Senior Producer you will have line management responsibility for a small team therefore previous experience of managing a team is a must.
- £35,000 -£40,000 dependent upon previous experience
- 37 hours per week worked flexibly (our office is based in a City Centre location)
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Contributory pension scheme with 5% employer contribution
