Barrow Away Fixture Postponed For Second Time

Bradford City’s away fixture against Barrow this evening has been postponed as storm Kathleen batters parts of the UK.

The game, originally scheduled for the 24th of February, was due to kick off at 7:45 pm on Tuesday, 9th April 2024. However, Bradford City will have to wait once again to face Barrow, who are currently fifth in the league standings, due to adverse weather conditions. Heavy rainfall overnight left the pitch in an unplayable state, leading to the decision to postpone the match.

Referee Ross Joyce conducted the pitch inspection at 11:00 am and found the conditions unsuitable for the match to proceed. The decision to postpone was made in the interests of player safety and to preserve the quality of the game.
