Graham Alexander and Antoni Sarcevic Win Sky Bet League Two Awards for February

Bradford City A.F.C. manager Graham Alexander and midfielder Antoni Sarcevic have been named Sky Bet League Two Manager and Player of the Month for February.

Alexander secures the managerial accolade after guiding the Bantams to an impressive 13 points from six league fixtures, all while navigating the challenges of the Vertu Trophy Quarter and Semi-Finals. The club also set a new record for consecutive home victories, with their 10th successive win at the University of Bradford Stadium.

Reflecting on the achievement, Alexander credited the collective effort of his squad and staff, saying:

“I am delighted to receive this award on behalf of all the players and staff that have contributed to our form this season. They continue to work extremely hard to produce positive results for our club, and they thoroughly deserve this recognition.”

Sarcevic, meanwhile, claims the Player of the Month award after a standout February in which he played a pivotal role in City’s success. The midfielder netted three crucial goals, including the match-winner against Harrogate Town and a brace in a 2-0 victory over MK Dons.

Speaking on his recognition, Sarcevic highlighted the team’s unity:
