Bradford College has been named ‘Employer of the Year’ at the 2026 Telegraph & Argus Bradford BUSINESSiQ Awards. The annual event celebrates the achievements and contributions of organisations and individuals across the Bradford district.

Award Details and Ceremony

The Employer of the Year award recognises the region’s top employer based on factors such as investment in employees, reward schemes, and key benefits. Bradford College was shortlisted alongside two other organisations before being announced as the overall winner in this category.

The awards ceremony took place for the first time at Bradford Live on Thursday, 9 July 2026. The event was hosted by stand-up comedian and author Jo Caulfield and was noted as the largest and most spectacular ceremony to date.
