We have a range of exciting opportunities to join the team delivering Bradford’s landmark year of culture at a high level, including: Executive Producer, Head of Audiences, Head of Finance, Head of Partnerships and Head of People.
Executive Producer
We’re looking for an Executive Producer to oversee the delivery of a range of new artistic commissions, partnerships and other events for Bradford 2025, providing support to the Producing Team from R&D through to final presentation and delivery of the Bradford 2025 programme.
The successful candidate will work with the Creative Director to manage the producing function for BD25, effectively and efficiently, over all programmes of work and supporting the development of producing resource and capacity within the Bradford district.
This is a full-time office based role, Monday to Friday at the Bradford 2025 office in Bradford city centre. It is a fixed term contract to March 2026.
- Hours: 37.5 hours a week
- Salary: £55,000 per annum
- Annual leave: 25 days plus bank holidays
- Pension contribution: 5%
Head of Audiences
We’re recruiting a Head of Audiences contribute to strategic plans for Bradford 2025 to develop and grow audiences across the Bradford district, nationally and internationally as well as develop and communicate the brand, our values and attract visitors both online and in person.
The successful candidate will have a passion for audiences with a strong background in marketing, communications and brand development, as well as understanding tourism and the visitor experience in the UK.
This is a full-time office based role, Monday to Friday at the Bradford 2025 office in Bradford city centre. It is a fixed term contract to March 2026.
- Hours: 37.5 hours a week
- Salary: £70,000 per annum, negotiable
- Annual leave: 25 days plus bank holidays
- Pension contribution: 5%
Head of Finance
We’re looking for a Head of Finance to oversee the strategic financial operation of the company, as well as providing effective and accurate financial reporting for the organisation and stakeholders. They will manage the Finance Team to deliver an innovative, proactive and efficient service ensuring robust internal financial controls and excellent internal customer processes and experiences.
The successful candidate will have experience of senior financial responsibilities and demonstrate a flair for strategic finances, reporting and understanding of the complexities of running a charity.
This is a full-time office based role, Monday to Friday at the Bradford 2025 office in Bradford city centre. It is a fixed term contract to March 2026.

Head of Partnerships
We’re recruiting a Head of Partnerships to create and deliver a fundraising and partnership strategy that maximises income from trusts and foundations, individuals and the corporate sector.
The successful candidate will have experience of raising significant funds from a range of different sources including trusts and foundations, corporate and individuals as well as a passion and flair for fundraising in a community setting.
This is a full-time office based role, Monday to Friday at the Bradford 2025 office in Bradford city centre. It is a fixed term contract to March 2026.

Head of People
We’re looking for a Head of People to ensure that Bradford 2025 has the best people possible to achieve the organisation’s aims and objectives – creating an inclusive positive working culture with personal development, diversity and wellbeing at its core.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a framework of HR policies, procedures and advice which underpin the organisation’s goals, employees’ wellbeing and development needs.
This is a full-time office based role, Monday to Friday at the Bradford 2025 office in Bradford city centre. It is a fixed term contract to March 2026.
