Free One-to-One Counselling for Neurodivergent Youth in Bradford

Young people in Bradford who identify as neurodivergent or suspect they may be can now access free one-to-one counselling sessions through Step2. This service is available regardless of whether the individual has a formal diagnosis.
Who Can Access the Service?
The counselling is aimed at young people who experience traits associated with conditions such as:
- Autism
- Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
- Dyslexia
- Dyspraxia
- Tourette’s Syndrome
Those who are awaiting a formal diagnosis or who suspect they may be neurodivergent are also eligible to use the service.
About the Counselling Service
Step2 offers a confidential environment where young people can discuss their experiences and challenges. The service aims to provide tailored support to help individuals manage their emotions and improve their wellbeing.
Access to this counselling does not require a formal diagnosis, making it more accessible to those who may be in the early stages of seeking support or assessment.
