Head of Development
February 16, 2023Bradford City of Culture 2025 is set to deliver more than 1,000 new performances and events including 365 artist commissions, a series of major arts festivals and major national and international collaborations. We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Development to join us as part of our senior management team – to lead our fundraising strategy, corporate partnerships and funder relationships.
Leading philanthropic income generation across corporate, trust and foundation, and individual supporters, and managing our relationships with statutory and lottery funders this role will build and deliver fundraising strategy across all our programmes.
Recruiting and leading a development team you will be a visible and highly effective ambassador for Bradford 2025 with partners from major national and corporate sponsors, statutory funders, and high value individual philanthropists through to local community groups.
- Hours: 37 hours a week (can be worked flexibly, but the role is largely office-based)
- Salary: £70,000 per annum
- Annual leave: 25 days plus bank holidays
- Pension contribution: 5%
- Fixed term contract to March 2026
