Head of Production and Event Operations
May 11, 2023Bradford district’s year of culture is set to deliver more than 1,000 new performances and events including 365 artist commissions, a series of major arts festivals and major national and international collaborations. To do this we need a team of dedicated, passionate, and enthusiastic people. We’re at the start of our journey and we are looking for a Head of Production and Operations with an exemplary track record to join our senior management team.
You will provide leadership and management on the overall technical and operational delivery of the artistic programme in the run-up to and during Bradford 2025, ensuring the smooth, safe, and successful delivery of our programme for artists and audiences. You’ll work closely with the Executive Producer to identify and implement appropriate delivery and resourcing models and you will oversee the safe, compliant, efficient, and effective delivery of all production and technical aspects related to events and projects. Reporting to the Creative Director, you will be responsible for managing a small team.
- Salary £70,000
- 37 hours per week worked flexibly, predominantly office based
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Contributory pension scheme with 5% employer contribution
