We have recruited the Executive Team and we welcome Dan Bates as Executive Director and Shanaz Gulzar as the Creative Director, both of whom take up their posts this Autumn.
We are now looking to recruit to the wider team to help deliver Bradford UK City of Culture 2025.
Office Manager
We’re looking for an Office Manager to join our team to make sure the Bradford 2025 year of culture runs efficiently and effectively.
The Office Manager will manage the Bradford 2025 office. They will project manage and maintain administrative structures and systems, working with colleagues on orders for services, invoices for payment and tasks related to the company finances.
The successful candidate will have experience of working across sectors in an administrative role. They will be a strong, confident project manager with an evidenced ability to engage with a range of stakeholders at all scales as well as a meticulous administrator.
This is a full-time office based role, Monday to Friday at the Bradford 2025 office in Bradford city centre. It is a fixed term contract, from December 2022 to March 2026.

Executive Assistant
We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to provide a comprehensive, professional and confidential PA and secretarial support for our two Executive Directors.
The Executive Assistant will ensure the smooth running of the Directors’ schedules – and will be responsible for the organisation of meeting, diary and email management and arranging travel and accommodation.
They will organise and minute important Bradford 2025 meetings including Board, Advisory Groups, Management and away-days. The successful candidate will have the ability to organise and prioritise, work well under pressure, with accuracy and a keen attention to detail.
This is a full-time office based role, Monday to Friday at the Bradford 2025 office in Bradford city centre. It is a fixed term contract, from December 2022 to March 2026.
