Bradford (Park Avenue) Aim to Extend Unbeaten Run at Consett

Green Army seek 15th league game without defeat in Northern Premier League East Division clash

Bradford (Park Avenue) will travel to Consett AFC on Saturday, 31 October, aiming to maintain their club-record unbeaten league run. Kick-off at Belle View Stadium is scheduled for 3pm as the two sides meet in the Northern Premier League East Division.

Current Form and League Positions

Bradford (Park Avenue) arrive at Consett on the back of 14 league games unbeaten since the start of the season, the longest run in the division. They currently top the table by a single point and have won their last six matches consecutively. Their most recent victory was a 6-1 win at Heaton Stannington, featuring five goals from Adam Haw and a late strike from Luke Parkin.

Consett AFC sit ninth in the division, three points behind the play-off places. Their strong home form has been a key factor, with six wins from eight matches at Belle View Stadium and only one home defeat so far this season. In their latest fixture, Consett secured a 4-0 win over Stocksbridge Park Steels, with Isaac Walker scoring a hat-trick and Donny Holdsworth opening the scoring.

The Green Army have an impressive away record themselves, having won five of six league matches on the road so far this season. This will be their third consecutive away league fixture.

Previous Encounters

Bradford have positive recent memories from their visits to Consett. In February, they won 2-0 with goals from Ben Andreucci and Louie Chorlton. Earlier in the season, the two teams played out a goalless draw. Additionally, Bradford defeated Consett in the Isuzu FA Trophy Second Qualifying Round in September 2023, with second-half goals from Connor Shanks and Tom Corner securing progression to the next round.
