Bradford (Park Avenue) Launches 1907 Club with First Member
September 14, 2026New initiative aims to support first team ambitions
Bradford (Park Avenue) AFC has introduced the 1907 Club, a new membership scheme designed to provide additional support to the club’s first team. The initiative was announced recently, with the club encouraging supporters and individuals to join and contribute to the club’s ongoing efforts.
Purpose of the 1907 Club
The 1907 Club has been established to help the club maintain its competitive edge throughout the football season. Owner and Chairman Gareth Roberts emphasised the importance of flexibility in the transfer market to sustain the team’s performance, particularly given the challenges posed by injuries and suspensions.
Roberts stated that the club has a strong squad and is progressing well under the management of Craig Elliott. However, he noted that the season is long and the ability to add key players when necessary will be crucial to achieving the club’s ambitions.
First Member Joins the Club
The club’s first confirmed member of the 1907 Club is Rob Robinson, who has had a longstanding connection with Bradford (Park Avenue). Robinson expressed his support for the new membership scheme and encouraged other fans to join.
Robinson highlighted that the 1907 Club was created by the club’s Board of Directors to assist in the pursuit of promotion to the Northern Premier League Premier Division. He acknowledged the promising start the team has made this season and believes that a fully subscribed 1907 Club would help maintain the momentum.
He added that he is proud to be the first member and urged others who are able to support the club financially to consider joining the initiative, describing it as a key opportunity to contribute during an important period in the club’s recent history.
How to Join
The 1907 Club is open to supporters worldwide, reflecting the club’s broad following through its website, social media channels, and audio commentaries on AvenueOnAir.
Those interested in becoming members are invited to contact the club by emailing secretary@bpafc.com. The deadline for applications is the end of September.
