Look after you Challenge
May 13, 2020,During this time it is essential for us to be looking out for both our physical and mental wellbeing as well as those around us. As a nation we are prone to caring for others and forgetting about ourselves until it is a much bigger problem. So today we are setting 2 challenges for you:
1. ,Take some time for yourself, away from others and do something just for you, not work or family related – this could be taking a long bath, reading a book or a peaceful walk.
2. ,If you have something eating away at you such as financial worries, work worries, health worries, family worries – make a plan.
