Cat Scott’s 10 Year Retrospective Exhibition in Bradford

From 11 to 23 January 2026, Cat Scott MRSS Studio will host a solo retrospective exhibition in Bradford, showcasing a decade of the artist’s work. The exhibition takes place at Unit 48 Commerce Court, Challenge Way, Bradford BD4 8NW, and forms part of the Affiliate Programme for the OUR TURN Bradford Visual Art Festival.
Exhibition details
The exhibition will be open daily from 11:00am to 2:00pm during the two-week period. Visitors are required to book appointments in advance, with at least one day’s notice, to allow the artist to invigilate the space. About the artist and works on display
Cat Scott is a newly elected member of the Royal Society of Sculptors and currently the only woman member based in Yorkshire. The exhibition will feature a range of rarely exhibited works, including:
- 2D lenticular artworks
- Fluid sculptures
- Films and soundscapes
- Photography
- Public sculptural interventions
- Cross-sector collaborations
The themes explored in the exhibition include personal narratives, hydro-feminism, and climate-related issues. The studio space has been transformed into a white cube gallery for this occasion.
Closing event
A finissage event will be held on Saturday 24 January 2026 from 6:30pm to 8:30pm. This closing celebration will provide an opportunity for the local arts community and visitors to meet the artist and discuss the exhibition. Attendance requires an RSVP in advance via the same contact details as above.
