Bradford to Host First Comedy in the Kitchen Event

A new comedy event, Comedy in the Kitchen, is set to take place at Darley Street Market in Bradford on 2 July 2026. The event will feature a line-up of comedians with various television and live performance credits.

Event Details

• Date and Time: 2 July 2026, doors open at 7:00pm, show begins at approximately 7:45pm and finishes around 10:15pm
• Location: Darley Street Kitchen, Darley Street Market, 16-24 Darley Street, Bradford BD1 3HH
• Ticket Price: £15 per person
• Ticket Sales: Available from 10:00am on Tuesday 5 May 2026
• Facilities: Food and drink will be available from 7:00pm, with drinks served from the Northern Monk bar during intervals

It is noted that the Darley Street Kitchen will close to the general public after 6:00pm on the day of the event.

Performers

The comedy night will include performances by:

• Jonny Pelham, known for appearances on Live at the Apollo and Mock The Week
• Jack Carroll, who has featured on Britain’s Got Talent, Live at the Apollo, QI, Would I Lie To You, and Coronation Street
• Gavin Webster, recipient of the Comic’s Comic Award and known for Never Mind The Buzzcocks and The Stand-Up Show
• Shugufta Choudhry, a finalist in the BBC New Comedy Award 2025

The event will be compered by Anthony J Brown, winner of the Metro Edinburgh Festival Award and runner-up in the BBC New Comedy Award.
