Community Dance Event at Drighlington Sports Club

A dance class is set to take place on Wednesday, 5 November 2025, at the Drighlington Community Sports Club. The event will run from 7:00pm to 9:00pm and is open to those aged 14 and above.

Class Structure

The first hour, from 7:00pm to 8:00pm, will focus on reviewing the Blackwood Waltz. Following this, from 8:00pm to 9:00pm, participants will have the opportunity to dance to a selection of favourite tunes and revisit recently taught dances. The session is designed for improver and intermediate levels.

The dances will mainly be sequence style, with some ballroom, Latin, and rock and roll available upon request. Participants do not need to bring a partner.
