Film synopsis
Project Hail Mary follows the story of Ryland Grace, a science teacher who wakes up aboard a spaceship far from Earth with no memory of his identity or how he arrived there. As his memory gradually returns, he discovers that his mission is to investigate a mysterious substance that is causing the sun to deteriorate. Using his scientific knowledge and unconventional thinking, he aims to find a solution to save the planet from extinction. The story also includes the development of an unexpected friendship that plays a significant role in his quest.
