Free Tribal Belly Dance Event Scheduled for March 21

The North Wind Tribal group is set to perform at Keighley Market on Saturday, 21 March 2026. The event will take place between 11:00 and 14:00, featuring four dance sets, each lasting approximately 20 minutes.

About the Performance

North Wind Tribal specialises in a style of dance known as Tribal Belly dance, which originated in the United States during the 1970s. Unlike traditional Turkish and Egyptian belly dance, which often focus on solo performances, Tribal Belly dance emphasises group choreography and collective movement.

The group will present a series of four performances throughout the morning and early afternoon at Keighley Market, located at 36 Low Street, Keighley, BD21 3PT. Admission to the event is free of charge.
