Supporters invited to open training and fixture announcement

Bradford (Park Avenue) AFC has announced an event at the Horsfall Community Stadium on Thursday 16 July, where supporters and sponsors can attend to learn about the club’s fixture list for the upcoming season and watch an open training session.

Event details and schedule

The James Mae Function Suite will open at 4.30pm, providing an opportunity for attendees to enjoy food and drink before the official fixture list announcement at 5pm. During this period, supporters can register their interest in travelling to away games via the club’s supporters coach, which is operated by TJs Travel.

In addition, the club will invite sponsors, potential sponsors, and groups or individuals interested in sponsoring a home matchday to express their interest. Sponsorship includes access to the club’s hospitality suite during a first team fixture. Club representatives will be available throughout the event to discuss plans and preparations for the 2026-27 season.

Open training session and upcoming friendly

From 7pm, the first team will hold an open training session on the pitch, led by manager Craig Elliott, assistant manager Ryan Toulson, and goalkeeper coach Karl Lenaghan. This session will provide supporters with a chance to observe the squad as they prepare for their upcoming friendly match.

The friendly fixture is scheduled for Saturday at Myra Shay against Albion Sports, with kick-off set for 12.30pm.
