The University of Bradford is set to host its third MBA Summit on Friday 21 November 2025, with a focus on resilience in business and leadership. Among the scheduled speakers is Luke Ambler, co-founder of the national mental health support group Andy’s Man Club, who will address the role of resilience in personal and professional contexts.
Summit Theme and Speakers
The theme of this year’s MBA Summit is resilience, exploring how it can help individuals become better leaders, navigate volatile markets, and drive organisational success. The event will run from 09:30 to 17:00 and is open to business leaders, current students, alumni, and academics associated with the University of Bradford.
Speakers at the summit include:
- Luke Ambler – Co-founder of Andy’s Man Club, discussing resilience in individuals, careers, and workplaces.
- Dr Kamran Mahroof – Associate Professor in Supply Chain Analytics, leading a panel on the efficiency of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its practical deployment in business.
- Martin Allison – Director at Rosedale Advisory, addressing business rejuvenation, financial resilience, and adaptability.
- Cheryl Lynch – Senior Director of Agile Transformation at Cisco, exploring resilience through science, technology, and psychology.
- Tushar Hasra – Founder and CTO of EpitomiOne, delivering the annual Management lecture titled “Innovation with Love – How to Create Sustainable Innovation.”
About Luke Ambler and Andy’s Man Club
Luke Ambler co-founded Andy’s Man Club in 2016, which has grown into a national movement supporting men’s mental health. The organisation runs over 190 weekly support groups across the UK, with more than 4,500 men attending regularly. Ambler was recognised with an Outstanding Contribution Award by the University of Bradford in 2024 for his work with the club.

The MBA Summit offers attendees opportunities to develop new skills, share knowledge, and network within the University’s MBA and School of Management community. The registration fee is £15, which includes access to the full day’s sessions, refreshments, and lunch.
