Client Sam shares a poem on talking about mental health.

Are you listening to my voice, do you even care.

Are you listening to my voice and what I want to share.

It’s hard for me to say my truth I stutter when I speak.

The thought that I will not be heard, often makes me weak.

I have so much to tell you, so much I have to say.

If you would only spare the time, if you would look my way.

Oh yes I will surprise you, how eloquent I’ll be.

My words will astound you, just you wait and see.

So let’s have that conversation, let’s do it whilst we walk.

To some it’s just a cliché, but it’s really good to talk.
