Heart of the Community Awards

This year NAVCA will be streaming their Heart of the Community Awards LIVE on YouTube! Join them from 3.00 to 4.30pm on Friday 4 December to laugh, cry (good tears) and celebrate the wonderful world of local infrastructure. Their members inspire them every day with their hard work, dedication and all round fabulousness and they want to tell them just how special they are.
