Baildon Freemasons Set To Stage Open Afternoon
April 20, 2026Baildon’s Freemasons are throwing open the doors of their Hoyle Court headquarters to the general public at an Open Afternoon on Sunday, April 26.
The event will enable anybody who is curious to discover what the Freemasons actually do behind their normally closed doors to take a trip around the historic Hoyle Court Building, meet lots of Freemasons and ask as many questions as they want.
Steve Dobson, the Group Membership Officer for Baildon Freemasons at Hoyle Court, said:
“This is an ideal opportunity for people to discover more about Freemasonry, its values, history and charitable work.”
“And, at the same time, they can find out how Freemasonry helps Both men and women Freemasons in their everyday lives.”
“We’re also encouraging people to come and explore Hoyle Court and its attractive grounds.”
Admission to the Masonic Open Afternoon is free and places can be reserved by emailing: welcome@BaildonFreemasons.org
The Open Afternoon starts at 1:00pm and runs throughout the afternoon. Light refreshments will be available, and the dress code is smart casual.
